Creating a Web Wallet
1. To start this process, open the email you received from your organization regarding the earning of a new credential.
2. Click the button to "Create a Wallet" within the email.
3. A new tab will open in your browser allowing you to set a password for your Web Wallet. Enter in the password twice and click the "Set Password" button to proceed.
4. The screen will refresh and you will be navigated to your Web Wallet. All credentials sent to this email address will display in the "Wallet" tab.
Moving forward, you can log into your account by going to https://cti.convergence.tech/login and entering your email and the password that you previously set.
