Step-by-step guide on what to do if you need to reset your Web Wallet password.
Resetting your Password
1. Navigate to the C.TI Login screen at https://cti.convergence.tech/login
2. Click the "Forgot Password" hyperlink.
3. A pop-up will display. Enter your email address tied to your C.TI account and click the "Submit" button.
4. An email will be sent to your inbox. Open the email and click the "Reset My Password" button.
Note: If you don't receive an email within an hour, first check your Promotions and Spam folders. If you still do not see a C.TI Password Reset email, you may not be an account tied to the email you entered. Reach out to support@convergence.tech for assistance.
5. A new tab will open in your browser allowing you to set a new password for your Web Wallet. Enter in the password twice and click the "Set Password" button to proceed.
6. The screen will refresh and you will be navigated to your Web Wallet. Your password has been reset! Save and use your new password for C.TI Login moving forward.
