Setting up your C.TI wallet
- Download the mobile app from Google Play or the Apple Store.
- If you have received a code via email to access the premium version, select "I have a code." Otherwise, click Continue.
- Next, you'll be able to set up your account.
- Enter your name
- Email address (optional)
- Set a password
- Using the device biometrics allows your phone to unlock the app using your fingerprint or via face recognition.
- Agree to the terms of use.
- Once your account is set up, you land on the home page where you can add documents, credentials, or ID cards.
- Take a photo of important documents or ID cards.
- Use 'Type Text' to store credential information.
- Use 'Scan QR Code' if you want to move your C.TI verifiable credential from your email to your mobile wallet.
- If you are working with a partner organization that endorses or verifies credentials, click the 'Endorser code' button when viewing a credential. This will generate a QR code for a designate staff or agency person to scan and endorse.

All information stored in the app resides on the mobile device itself. If you delete the app, all the information is removed along with it.
You may use your C.TI wallet with or without internet access. However, you will need internet access to enter the start-up code when setting up your account and for the endorsement process.
