C.TI Quick Start Guide

Everything you need to know to get started with C.TI.

Activating your Account

To access the C.TI platform, first look for an account activation email from the C.TI team.

  1. Once your account has been created by the C.TI team, you'll receive an email in your inbox with the subject "[Action Required] Convergence.Tech Identity Account Activation"
    1. If it's not in your inbox, please check your Promotion or Spam folder.
    2. If you're still having trouble locating the email, go to https://cti.convergence.tech/login and click "Forgot Password" to trigger a "Convergence.Tech Identity Password Reset" email to your inbox.
  2. In the email, click the button "Active Your Account" which will bring you to our C.TI platform and allow you to set a new password.
  3. Moving forward, you can login and access your organisation by going to https://cti.convergence.tech/login. Save this link in your Bookmarks!
